It's a great day trip, I definitely recommend it. We have 1,014 used cars in Tallahassee for sale that are reported accident free, 723 1-Owner cars, and 991 personal use cars. This place really makes you feel like you're in the kindhearted and slow moving south. My favorite part is the oh-so picturesque Bradley's Country Store. Thomasville Road takes you through a nice sprawl of farms and fields, and not many others around. I know I've sounded bitter up until this point, but rest assured, that's over. My absolute favorite part of this road is where it takes you once you leave greater Tallahassee. Next time you get a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup with your Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT, just remember that the soup has been sitting in the freezer, as a solid block of soup in a bag, for at least three weeks). It takes you all the way from the heart of ol' nasty Tallahassee, on to Killearn, where the rich, the debt-ridden, and the entitled youth live. Thomasville Road is a weird little stretch of tarmac. Make sure that you're parked legally unless you have a spare $90 to throw at the crooks operating the impound lots. Find a well-lit area, lock your doors, glove box, and anything else you can lock. Getting robbed isn't super common, but you have to know where not to park. Unfortunately, they couldn't care less about car break-ins and theft. They also have a Hawkeye and will write you merciless tickets for seatbelt violations. Watch out for speed traps, because Tallahassee PD loves playing with radar guns. On any other given day, you'll only be competing with frat stars in their parents' luxury cars, scooterists, and normal people who just want to get from point A to point B. This might even be their first time in Tallaha It's like hell to do anything on game day because you'll be competing with people who have never known anyone going to Florida State University. If it's game day, go back home and wait it out.
